“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to you, the person logging on to this website, purchasing goods, or booking installation services.
“Services” refers to both the sale of wallpaper products and the physical installation of those products at the Client’s specified location.
2. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, emirate, or province of residence.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our wallpapers. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Pricing: Prices for our products and installation services are subject to change without notice. All prices are typically quoted in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
4. Installation Services & Site Readiness
For clients utilizing our installation services in Dubai and the surrounding regions, the following conditions apply:
Site Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible, clean, and safe. Walls must be properly primed and free of severe damage or extreme moisture prior to our team’s arrival unless wall-prep services were explicitly included in the final quote.
Scheduling & Delays: We strive to meet all scheduled installation times. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe traffic, extreme weather, or delayed access to commercial/residential buildings).
Pre-existing Conditions: Mwalls is not responsible for any structural defects, pre-existing dampness, or hidden electrical/plumbing issues within the walls that become apparent during or after the wallpaper installation.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made with our business. If your provided measurements for custom murals or wallpaper quantities are inaccurate, you are responsible for the cost of additional materials and labor required to complete the project.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Mwalls and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mwalls. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:
Republish material from Mwalls.
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Mwalls.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Mwalls (including before-and-after project photos, website copy, and custom designs) for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mwalls, our directors, employees, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our services or products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mwalls and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
