So we went through the public websites of five companies that install wallpaper in Dubai and noted what each says it offers, what it charges and how fast it works.
Full disclosure: we’re Mwalls, so we’ve listed ourselves first. The other four profiles come from what those companies publish on their own sites as of September 2026. Prices and terms change, so confirm the details before you book. Where a claim comes from a company’s own marketing, we say so.

Custom work starts with the wall. We print designs to the size of your wall, so a mural fits the space instead of being cropped to it. Our ready-made ranges include world maps, nature prints, brick and stone effects and Arabic Touch patterns for majlis walls, and we take custom print requests for a wall of your own.
The craft happens before the paste. Cracks get filled, dust gets wiped off, and the surface gets sealed so it doesn’t absorb the adhesive unevenly. La Belle Maison is a Dubai studio that designs, prints and installs made-to-order wallpaper murals. Its designs are created in-house with AI as a tool, then printed as one continuous artwork scaled to your wall instead of a repeating pattern. Its villa page describes very large feature walls, including murals up to 12 metres wide.
Dedicated In-House Installation Team
The company says every mural is fitted by its own Dubai-based team, not a third-party contractor. It also says that team works only with its own prints. That’s a strength if you want one accountable party. It also means La Belle Maison isn’t the place to bring a roll you bought elsewhere.
Each project starts with a measurement visit. For villas, the company says it produces a 3D preview before printing begins.
Transparent Pricing and Free Installation on Large Orders
The pricing is unusually easy to read. Murals start at AED 160 per square metre with a 5 sqm minimum. Installation is free from 15 sqm and carries a flat AED 250 fee below that. A fully custom AI design adds a one-time AED 500 design fee. The company quotes 7 to 10 business days from design approval.
The 15 sqm threshold matters in practice. A 12 sqm wall comes to AED 1,920 for the print plus AED 250 for installation, so AED 2,170. A 15 sqm wall costs AED 2,400 with installation free. Three extra square metres cost only AED 230 more. If your wall is close to the line, do the maths before you decide on the size. Also check whether the price includes VAT.
3. Nova Wrap: Innovative Wrapping and Quick Turnarounds
Nova Wrap is mainly an interior vinyl-wrapping company. It wraps kitchens, bathrooms, doors, and wardrobes, and it installs LVT and SPC flooring. Wallpaper fixing, installation, and removal are among its services, but not the headline. The company is based on Sheikh Zayed Road and says it works across the UAE.
Fast Execution with Minimal Disruption
Nova Wrap says most projects are finished in one to two days. The process is simple: send photos and a short description, get an estimated cost, time and start date, approve it, and the team gets to work. That photo-first estimate is quick, but treat it as a starting figure until someone has seen the wall.
The removal service is worth noting. Stripping old wallpaper, clearing leftover glue and leaving the wall ready for new paper or paint is the part most people dread. The company also offers self-adhesive architectural film for walls, which it says can be removed or changed later, an option some tenants like. If you’re renting, check your tenancy contract first either way.
The company’s website lists Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Properties among its partners. That’s its own claim, so ask to see relevant work.
Strong Customer Review Profile
Here’s what we could verify. Nova Wrap’s Trustpilot page shows four reviews, all five stars, all from November 2024, and all about kitchen wraps. They praise a knowledgeable, friendly team and a helpful consultation. That’s positive, but it’s a small sample and it isn’t about wallpaper. Before you hire them for a wall, look for Google reviews that describe wallpaper jobs specifically.
4. Instashore: Technical Expertise and Precision Fixing
Instashore Technical Services LLC (see Instashore) is a maintenance, technical contracting and renovation company. It handles villa and apartment renovation, kitchens, bathrooms and office fit-out, with wallpaper fixing as one of its services. The office is in Deira. The site says it works across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ajman.
Comprehensive Surface Preparation and Execution
Instashore says it carries out thorough surface preparation before it fixes any wallpaper. Its process runs from a discovery meeting through concept development and a design presentation to execution, project management and a final reveal.
The contractor background is the real advantage here. If your wall needs repairs, repainting or other work before wallpaper goes up, one company can handle all of it. The trade-off is that wallpaper is a side service. Its wallpaper page is light on materials, timelines and prices, so ask for wallpaper-specific project photos.
The company says it offers a warranty “with some precautions” but doesn’t state the length on that page. Ask for the term and the conditions in writing.
Catering to Both Residential and Commercial Environments
Instashore covers villas and apartments as well as offices, and its office fit-out arm can fold wallpaper into a larger commercial scheme. That suits a business fitting out a whole floor. It suits a single feature wall less. The company says it provides a detailed cost breakdown covering wall size, material, preparation, labour and location, and that’s the kind of quote worth asking for.
5. Lush Loom: Quality Wall Coverings and Reliable Service
Lush Loom sells wallpaper alongside carpets, curtains and flooring. Its wallpaper offer is supply and installation from AED 45 per square metre, with adhesive and materials included. The wallpaper comes in what it describes as Korean-quality vinyl, and a team member visits with samples at no charge.
The company says it has completed more than 10,100 projects and earned over 200 five-star Google reviews. Those figures come from its own website, so check the Google listing yourself.
Wide Range of Design Options
Range is where Lush Loom is strongest. Its site lists more than 100 textured designs, over 50 brick designs and more than 200 murals, which start from AED 65 per square metre. It also has floral, geometric, kids’ and office collections. Because samples are brought to your home, you can judge a colour in your own lighting before committing, which matters more than most people expect.
Read the “from” price carefully. The AED 45 rate is the starting point, and the company says premium and designer wallpapers cost more. It also says one roll covers at least 15 sqm and that it calculates rolls per wall. If your wall is small, ask how leftover material is handled.
Professional Alignment and Installation Standards
Lush Loom says its team prepares the walls, matches the pattern and finishes edges and corners. It quotes one to three days for most jobs. It lists installation for vinyl, textured and 3D wallpapers, and it takes on homes, offices, hotels and interior designers’ projects.
6. How to Choose the Right Wallpaper Installer for Your Needs
Start with the job, not the ranking. Matching the company to the work matters more than picking a “best”:
- A large custom mural in a villa: La Belle Maison or Mwalls.
- Kitchen or bathroom wrapping, or a removal-heavy job: Nova Wrap.
- Wallpaper as part of a bigger renovation or fit-out: Instashore.
- Standard patterns on a tight budget: Lush Loom.
- Supply and install with a stated warranty, for a home or a business: Mwalls.
Verify Credentials, Reviews, and Past Projects
Ask for the company’s trade licence number and check it with Dubai’s licensing authority, Dubai Economy and Tourism. Then read Google reviews for the details that matter: the room, the material, and how the company handled a problem. Treat a company’s own project counts and star ratings as marketing until you’ve seen the Google listing yourself.
For past projects, ask for close-ups of seams and corners on a job similar to yours. Also ask who physically did the installation, the company’s own staff or a subcontractor.
Compare Quotes, Warranties, and Service Inclusions
Two quotes are only comparable if they cover the same things. Check each one for:
- the unit being priced (wall area, not floor area) and whether the price includes VAT
- wall preparation, adhesive and old-wallpaper removal
- design or measurement fees, and any size threshold like La Belle Maison’s 15 sqm line
- the warranty length and its conditions, in writing
- whether the timeline runs from order or from design approval
A low headline rate that leaves several of these out usually grows on site.
